Myself and my father just started a property maintenance business and I want to cold call local homeowners. How do I go about obtaining/purchasing data that list things like address-owners name-contact number?

They stopped printing the Phone Book in 2020. Your best best might be leaflet delivery from An Post.

If you’re based in Dublin you could head into the reference library on Pearse Street. They have a copy of Thom’s Directory which lists all the homeowners of every house in Dublin. No phone numbers and the last one was published about 2008 but it’s a start.
