Are you saying that anyone who gets treatment and comes back on was faking?

Extremely poor from Zinchenko and no less than Arsenal deserve for how they've sat back this half.

    Quality ball and header.

Football refs have no real confidence in what they are doing, you can see it in their body language. Players influence their decisions otherwise the players wouldn’t bother harassing the refs. American football/basketball/rugby etc doesn’t have that issue because the players do not influence the ref ‘team’. The poor soccer ref is on his lonesome and subject to all sorts of hassasment. The pressure refs are under is immense during games. It’s too much for one man as is evidenced by the erratic nature of every refs performance from minute to minute during games. And this lark of the linesmen running to the refs to walk off the pitch at halftime/full time what’s all that olden days lark for? Ridiculous carry on which points to how outdated the whole soccer referring set up is.

Salah flinging himself to ground in the box at the end. Standard.

Have Liverpool just cost arsenal the title?

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 10,620 ✭✭✭✭hynesie08

Arsenal cost themselves the title, they don't have it mentally.

very enjoyable game. arsenal were cruising for 40 mins and just lost the rag and gave momentum to liverpool.

few big saves by ramsdale at the end, and then arsenal should have had the winner when saka would have been in 1 on 1 only for a bad pass to him.

    advantage city me thinks

Arsenal just cost arsenal the title. 2-0 and they completely bottled it. Clinging on at the very end against a team who have been awful all season.

30 gone and Arsenal were cruising 2-0

Xhaka got the crowd and Liverpool going.

    Linesman elbows Robertson.

    Salah misses a pen.

    Bobby loves scoring against Arsenal.

Game finishes a draw - Arsenal very lucky not to lose in the end.

Bottling a 2 goal lead at this stage of the season will damage Arsenal mentally. Advantage Man City

2 points dropped by Liverpool, wouldn't of believed that after 40 minutes. Big thanks to Xhaka for waking up the team and crowd when they were cruising.

Liverpool stay in eight place 2 points behind Brighton having played a game more.

Hanging on at the end against a team who have only lost once at home season, and who haven't conceded at home this year.

But yeah, let's twist the truth to suit your bias.

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 29,952 ✭✭✭✭TitianGerm

Liverpool haven't cost Arsenal anything. Liverpool have been dogsh*t all season and Arsenal were cruising until Xhaka wound the crowd up initially and then the time wasting made it worse.

All they needed to was play and they had a massive chance to actually win the game.

The Xhaka stuff is so overblown, Sky sports nonsense.

How did Liverpool not win that game?? A sentence I didn't imagine myself saying after 20 minutes!!!

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 6,695 ✭✭✭giveitholly

Why did Arsenal stop playing when 2 up and spent the rest of the match faking injuries and time-wasting. They could of had the match won at half time if they wanted to. Lucky to get a point in the end

Or it could cause Arsenal to go into a siege/bunker mentality and help them focus a bit more.

I was worried for them after the Everton game, but then they won 7 in a row or something.

It's still in Arsenals hands, no matter the talk of it now being advantage City.
