That charge down could have gone anywhere. Lloris lucky.

A very Spurs like result, that could be crucial for Everton by the end of the season.

You cannot help but laugh that when Spurs were 1 up aganist 10 men they put the foot of the peddle and thought we'll just go on holidays here but the minute they go 1-1 they start playing again but it's far to late.

What the hell is wrong with the mentality at this club

Hearing reports they went full spurs again....

Lucas Moura with a 6 minute cameo that cost Spurs the 3 points. There was no need to even make the challenge. Keane doesn't score goals and will likely never score a better one.

How did Klopp assault an official he screamed in his ear nothing worse than what Pep did

Delighted for them. That red card for Dacoure was a disgrace, Kane should be embarrassed, but he won't be, he has no shame. The FA should charge him for cheating, but they won't.

    No class....

IIRC they were even behind Palace at one point, or maybe level on points with them...

Harry Kane really is horrid to watch, puts in snide challenges constantly and 'buys' free kicks anytime someone is near him

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 28,036 ✭✭✭✭noodler

Thought peno was a bit of a joke too tbh.

Didn't see the contact that made both legs lift like that.

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 32,328 ✭✭✭✭breezy1985

Is forever leaning into the defender and then doing this twist and fall. Gets away with it far too often.

The International game last week was hilarious. He pushed the defender in the back, the ball hit the back of your man's arm, and the penalty is awarded. The only reason yer man's arm was outside his body, indeed the only reason he didn't head it clear, was because Kane was pushing him in the first place.

The red card wasn't a disgrace, them's the rules. Harry Kane was a disgrace.

Utter nonsense imo. You can dislike Kane for his over-reaction all you want, but it was a red card all day long. Dacoure was an idiot, and deserved to go. Hand to face and you're off.

It's a red card for Doucoure no question.

However, Kane has been falling over far to easy for far to long and getting a pass from the English media cos he's one of their own and he's just being clever.

Spurs, probably due to a lack of confidence, reverted to type having scored and handed the initiative to ten man Everton who deservedly equalised.

That's 4 points in the last two games which Spurs have thrown away from winning positions.

Those 3rd and 4th spots very much still up for grabs.

Every single player in football would have reacted like Kane.

And no chance of Spurs getting top 4 imo. We are an absolute mess, zero confidence, zero direction. Tactics are all over the place, shambolic substitutions and no stability at the club. Kane would be mad to not request a transfer at this stage, and we won't attact any decent managers while we are rudderless. I'm generally positive towards Levy, but he's been having an absolute shocker the last few months.

The comment I made re Kane was before the red card incident.

Just before halftime around the half way line he just dived and was given a free. Everyone could he see he dived. Everyone in the stadium including the ref and the SKY commentators could see he dived but the ref gave him a free and the commentators said nothing.

All the top players have been using diving and cheating to get decisions in their favour for years but Kane takes the biscuit. I don’t even blame him, all he’s doing is using the advantage given to him by refs and media because he’s England’s main striker. He’s worse for that diving and cheating though than any of them. I hate watching him.

8 game ban for Mitrovic, not surprising a message is been sent don't touch officials.

FA looking to appeal it as it isn't long enough apparently.

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 14,029 ✭✭✭✭thebaz

It was hardly a Di Canio shove - FA over-reacting (as usual)

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 16,876 ✭✭✭✭Fitz*

Can't go acting like he did towards the referee like he did, so he deserves the punishment.

Leave it as it is though. Appealing and looking to increase / reduce sends out the wrong messages. 8 games is sufficient.

You have to give credit to the ref for staying on his feet re the Mitrovic push as Harry Kane would have hit the deck hard:)
