BER cert check

Hey,

If you check an MPRN number from here https://ndber.seai.ie/pass/ber/search.aspx and get no results does that mean no BER was ever done.

When applying for a SEAI grant it showed it had an E but not sure does it just show that by default if no BER cert on the system for the MPRN.

Tried that with my MPRN:

Enter the BER number or the MPRN to review the BER Certificate for the property and then press Search.

No results found. i.e. I don't have a BER cert, true.

If the BER has expired it no longer shows up on that search.

if there ever was a BER done here then it was definitly done over 10 years ago so would explain why its not showing in search but SEAI have one on record.

Did not know till now that they only had a 10 year lifetime.

Or for a green mortgage rate. Mine was also out of date but when I rang the seai they were happy to give me the name of the company that had carried out the assessment.
