a few inches of snow here in West Limerick this morning, school closed...its going to be a long day

“Anto” landed and got stuck to his hole. Got snotty even though they had been warned about getting stuck. Sent him down to leave the delivery with my sister down the road.

Looks like a wash out for the next 10 days at least.

Will be no settled weather till easter, expect a week or so settled then, broken again after that well on into late April.

Snow on the devils bit this morning

The old people used to be refer to the 3 borrowed days in April, we have diffidently had them in the last few days.

The experts say it doesn’t grow in the bag, does it grow when it’s in the Shannon or the Erne because i’d say that’s where a lot of it from last weekend is. What a fuppin day.

It's dry, overcast and sunny here but there is a hoor of a East wind blowing (I hate the East wind) the thermometer says it's 11c but it feels more like 5.

Heavy land is absolutely saturated here in Leitrim.Even allowing for the bit of drying in last few days it will probably be undone by the heavy rain forecast for Saturday.

No great shakes of a long term forecast either,rain returning for several days in a row from Tuesday week 🙄

Too cold for any decent growth.

This was mowed last Tuesday and was grand little soft in the parts with springs , the quad is leaving marks on it this morning, 1st cut is going to be very messy in alot of places with heavy cuts and poor ground conditions
