I've wondered this forever... Is there a way to hire a company, say like in India or something, to up your google business ratings? I've never heard of anything like this but there's gotta be someone out there doing it.

Engaging companies to artificially boost Google ratings is against Google's rules and unethical. It can result in severe penalties, including removal from Google listings. Focus on providing great service for genuine reviews instead.
