    *munch munch*

Good luck trying to figure me out. I haven't managed that myself yet!

Oops not off to a good start, OH made a frozen treat for Blue, she then made the mistake a while later of trying to take it off him, he snapped at her arm and let a good mark.

Dog certainly has issues, we knew that, but as he was so placid, the OH let her guard down and ouch.

I had work men in today.

One bent over in front of me (he didn't see me) and I got an eyeful.

I'm not talking builder's crack here, I'm talking the whole (hole?!) of the moon.

Purple Mountain's message to you, men:

    WEAR A BELT.

Train it off of that sweet dote early... I adopted an older spaniel once, who only got worse with time. She was easy going and loving most of the time, but when it came to being disturbed she could get quite vicious... and her "hunting" walks - omg, that normally lazy dear was quick, she could snatch a bird out of thin air! I had to wrestle them out of her growling clenched jaw many a time.

Not many men have a 'waist' as such for a belt to cling onto. Also, when they get a bit of a beer belly they have a tendency to do up the belt and the trousers under the belly ("I'm only a 34" waist!").

Happy belly here on Valentine's night. Veggie chilli followed by homemade chocolate, banana and walnut cake (my own creation, baked in the rice cooker). Delish and just the remedy for my post migraine symptoms. Vegging out now in front if an old episode of Spiral.

    Happy Valentine's, wherers ❤ ❤ ❤ ❤

Well, I have no significant other (except Bob, who was curled up behind me!) and I think Valentine's Day is grotesque anyway.

Besides, eating my dinner whilst reading this thread means I get to have an interesting conversation with all you good folks :D

I agree with you. I was in my local shop at half 5 and a van load of hi-viz boys came in snapping up flowers, cards, cakes.

I wondered to myself if they treat their partners with such love and kindness the other 364 days!

Just finished stripping a motorbike back to it's nuts and bolts.

All on workbench waiting to be cleaned and sorted.

The fact it's Lego doesn't make it less impressive 🤣🤣🤣

Ah it's only a small one. The technic 42132.

We're having visitors (shudder) so tidying away all the Lego and making sure each box only contains the Lego it should.

I also have a box (biscuit tin) of pieces that need to be homed.....which I don't really understand as I go through the boxes before they are put away (sigh)

There's two great loves in this house pokemon and Lego so they do have a fantastic collection. The youngest is well able for sets 3 or 4 years older than the guidelines, which is impressive as they are young.

The range they have is Lego classic, Lego city, Lego creator, technic, Ninjago, and Minecraft big sets and little sets ....sure it's an investment (she says trying not to hyperventilate 😂)

Lego is a serious investment and I love it. Ms G got really into it and we still have a mega star wars robot to build from a Christmas pressie. It was spotted on a visit to the Lego store and delivered a few weeks later. Dreading the intensity and time.

So Mrs G and I got smashed this evening in an actual pub. Nothing to do with Valentine's day whatsoever. We just felt we needed it. In the leaba now with sleeping beauty and sleeping she is. It cannot be more perfect. Words couldn't describe how much I love and appreciate this woman.
