Just been advised of price increases from a supplier in West Cork. Velux windows + 8% Sewer/drainage/ducting + 8% Rockwool insulation + 8% Medite + 5%~8% Roof vents & accessories +5%~10% Where's the end?

I thought the price of materials had started to come down again, hasn't timber reduced in price recently? The price increases don't seem to have slowed down any work, if anything it seems to be going as good as ever, as long as people keep paying the increases it won't slow down
