I'm sure it could serve a few events well, i.e. 'Congratulations on your New Home', 'Congratulations on your New Puppy', or maybe 'I'm Sorry', or the trendy one I've come across online........'Make Art', come to mind.

"Wishing you well for your arts degree finals"

Our American cousins seem to have cards for every and all situations. 'Make Art' could be a message to an artist to just enjoy their art or craft, i.e. I found a photo on Etsy with the message 'Make Art - Not War', you can even buy a t-shirt with 'Make Art' on it. Very hipster I suppose. the message can be on clothing, or posters, or cards, anything really. It could also be seen as an inspirational quote.
