AirPods Pro vibration when NC on

I’ve a problem with one of my Airpod Pro’s. The right one vibrates when I turn on noise cancelling, it stops as soon as I turn off NC. I’ve tried everything I can think of including resetting and re pairing but nothings worked, it goes away but comes back again. Anyone ever come across this and find a fix?

Do your AirPods fall under the dates listed in the link.
I had mine replaced previously due to this issue.
