Hi all. I have been a sole trader for the past 6 months. 85% percent of my work is as contractor into a large company.

That company wants all sole traders to become limited companys. Does is make sense on the company point of view.

What way does the tax work? Will I be paying myself a wage like paye?. Is there much more paperwork etc.?. Is it worth it?.

    Thanks

Consider contacting a company that specialises in this and let them do the work for you. PM me for a recommendation. They can maximise your income and take the admin out.
