FTV Card question?

Did anyone order a new FTV card (Not a replacement card) from Free2veiw in the UK? And if so when you rang them to get the card activated what questions did they ask you? I got a friend in the UK to order me 3 new cards and send them over to me in Ireland and I would like to know how to get them activated when I receive…

I got two from my brother in England and got them activated here last week. When you ring (with your number blocked from ROI) they will ask you for your FTV card number, your name and address (this will be the name and address of the person in the UK that ordered the card) and they will also ask for details about your digibox. They asked me for the Make, model and serial number. That was it about 20 minutes later it was all systems go.
