Looking to treat myself to a nice knife for pheasant/rabbit filleting in the field, and possibly fish in the summer. Would preferably like a wooden handle, and something with a nice grip, tired of using the missuses knives at home and the associated mess. Anything suitable and source?

Hello, I mainly hunt deer, but I have used this knife on rabbit and pheasant too.

for 50e I just cant fault it. its rock solid and the wood repels water very well. Ive been using it for a few years now and it takes a new edge very well. Not sure if it suits your needs but I've found it a great all round knife.
