Does anyone know of any charity that might go in and clear a house out of any remaining useful items/furniture prior to a house sale? South Dublin area?

Many will. But there are limited to what they will take due to limited storage and what it useful.

I know one cleaning company for cleaning the house, but they have a high price :(
