Prime Video Ireland no longer included in Amazon Prime membership

    I went to watch a show on the prime video app via our virgin media box on our TV only to get the message "something went wrong try again later" and to go to www,primevideo.com/help for more help

    I requested a phone call only to be told that co.uk amazon prime doesn't include access to the Irish catalogue, she then lied to me and told me I had access to the UK catalogue on the co.uk website (which I only found out after the call had ended)

    I had access to the Irish catalogue two weeks ago, what gives?
