How do I get rid of this stubborn staining

Hi I had my patio , planters power washed yesterday . But it didn’t shift some stains on the planters . I have also tried scrubbing with a brush Has anyone any recommendations on what I can use / do . I have attached a photo

That doesn't looks to be staining to me but is green and red algae.
Kill it with an algae gel initially, then break the structure of the remaining cells with a moderate hydrochloric or sulphuric acid (drain cleaner).

Then wash it down well with water, let it dry and repaint!
