Bios update help needed

    Hey All,

So building a new computer for a friend and we ended up changing the motherboard last minute. We ended up getting a MSI Pro B660M-A Wifi (DDR5 version) (socket 1700) and we got an Intel i5-13600K cpu.

The problem is that the bord with stock bios doesn't support this CPU and won't boot, even into the bios in order to update the bios.

The help I need is if someone has a system with a 12th gen cpu or a spare one, and wouldn't mind me installing it into this system just to get it to boot, so I can update the bios? I know it’s a bit of an odd ask, but I've reached out to a few computer repair shops and none seem to have a spare cpu lying about.

Thought I'd ask here just in case! Based in Tallaght.

    Thanks,

    arden
