Baked potatoes and toppings

So, as there have been so many unimportant threads created of late I've started this one.

I find myself in quandary. I've a hankering for a baked potato, but the toppings I'm thinking of are leaving me a bit meh.

Mature cheddar, real butter, bacon lardons. I just think I could do more justice to the spud.

Whilst I know I'll enjoy, I just think there a more possibilities.

After hours...get a freaky here with topping ideas please.

Add a salad of peppers, cherry tomatoes, iceberg lettuce, put red Pesto and feta cheese on top of your baked potato... Literally drooling thinking about it 🤤

Imagine going to the effort of putting on the oven, picking the largest potato, cleaning it, scoring it, seasoning in, waiting for it to cook, mashing the inside etc, and then completely and utterly destroying it and your time by putting fücking baked beans all over it?

Great when you are high on the slopes and you need to Bond-like make the last run down to apres ski.

Dry the potato. Lightly oil, and cover with salt. Add more salt. More than that. Then place it in a base of a heap of salt, and bake it.

Once baked, hit it. Smash!

Then add any toppings.

Baked beans absolutely laced with Frank's Red Hot Sauce. Criss-cross and squazz up your spud. Knob of butter and a good grind of black pepper in the middle. Franksy beans on top. Ridiculously generous grating of really mature cheddar on top of that. Then top the whole lot with diced jalapeños. Flash under a super hot grill til the cheese is bubbling. Burn the mouth off yourself because you can't wait the 45 seconds until it's actually safe to eat.

Also works really well with a big blob of sour cream or creme fraiche once it comes out of the oven.

That reminds me... you know those pots of deli filler that the supermarkets sell?

I like the chicken and stuffing one. Can this be easily recreated without roasting a stuffed chicken? Can I buy a cooked rotisserie chicken from Tesco and just mix it with mayo and the stuffing mix that they sell from the fridge?? I sadly have no oven...
