400 lump sum fuel allowance

I now that everyone who is in receipt of the fuel allowance will be getting a lump sum of 400 euros in November. Is there anything being offered to the self employed or the paye worker.

No unless you approach them about an Additional Needs Payment and they’ll liaise with you

Any idea what the criteria for this is. Do you mean like a means test.
