Handle for VESA monitor

Hi folks TIA

I have a monitor mounted on a VESA swing arm and am looking for a "handle" that I can use to swing the monitor , rather than grabbing the edge of the monitor and pulling it, and potentially damaging the monitor. Searching for "handle" leads to a million swing arms for some reason on Amazon.

Any ideas ?

Going to assume a screw drive is the limit of your tools, so you can't just drill a few holes in a metal plate and place that between the monitor and mount.

Never heard of an actual handle but you could probably adapt an adapter or extension of some sort.

Bunch of keyboard trays. Some of those are just plates and other allow yo to remove the shelf, or you could just use the shelf. Screen size will effect that.

Could also try a vesa adapter for use on non vesa monitors and if needed a offset that are used to mount small computers on the back of the monitors if you couldn't connect it directly.
