Wow it feels like a month ago since ye went 😲

I'm in a time warp...

My motivation has disappeared for a while now 🤫😄

Guide signed us up for a 3-4 hour mountain trek, 7 of us. Watching a number of more elderly people at the orientation so thought that it couldn’t be that hard, how wrong I was. Found myself on my arse so many times and got covered in mud from head to toe. Managed to reach my max heart a few times trying to climb wet hills and we ended up trekking for 6 hours. But the end results were worth it.

The funny part was when we got back to the hotel, people were clean and relaxed, apparently there was a short tour where you driven most of the way and walked maybe 20 minutes 😂😂

You won't forget the trek @smurfjed

Grumpy doing well at home. He's exhausted after the hospital but much better cognitively than he's been in a long time. So far, no tantrums but it's early days and he's too busy sleeping to throw a wobbler 😆 . I've just deposited him into bed where he informed me he's in luxury. A few chores outstanding here, than a shower and some misery porn in the guise of Handmaids Tail. Not sure why I still watch it. Maybe I like the misery.

Kitchen table, just had scrambles eggs and bacon with toast and relish, completed Wordle in three attempts and got told im impressive, herself is giving me the silent treatment so very peaceful ....life is good 😁😁😁😁
