Tell me about it. It’s crazy how within minutes the appointments are all gone. I’ve missed out on the 3 phases even registering interest months before. So disheartened. Maybe gotta look else where unfortunately

In the contract you have an allocated parking space, and they have the right to change it and allocate another one, and they refused to change the phrase.

I was hoping to view, though at 460k for the cheapest 3 bed terrace and I'm out. I lived in Adamstown for years, the area isn't worth almost half a mil for 105sqm and one parking space.

Do you know if all phase 4 houses are sold yet? I went to house viewing on 17th and could only see max 7-8 families. People were waiting since midnight for the previous phases though... A close friend of mine bought a showhouse with all flooring and furnitures for 360k last summer.460k base price nowadays is just madness

Hi, yes all the units were sold out. We were lucky enough to get the appointment in the early times. There were lots of families and I guess by 11am they were all sold out. Did you book any?

Congrats. No, I sale-agreed on another 2nd hand property in more central location in Lucan and has attic conversion. 460k seems crazy money to me as I'll have to spend another 20k for flooring and furniture etc.

They just updated their site with the layout. It wasn't there for phase 4, maybe in Phase 5 they might release it. I think Phase 5 will have 4 beds, few 3 beds and those duplexes and apartments.
