    I'm gonna wait until the review time (early December I think) and mention it during that. I'll mention that the cost of everything has gone up and I hope [employer - who is a multinational] are cognisant of this fact when deciding reviews. I'll also mention that due to inflation and everything that goes with it, anything less than 10% is effectively a pay cut.

    If that don't work, I'll do 80c an hour less extra work, ie: take (even) longer to do the things they invented to keep us busy. I can't demand anything, and they'd let me walk out the door as it's a revolving one. So I'll continue to just do enough.

    If workers get a fair share of the company profits, only then should they worry about the business and its owners.

    The burden of making a business a success shouldn't rely on how low paid the employees are.

    Let's be honest, its not all mom and pops on the verge of collapse. If many businesses were making an absolute fortune, and some are, they'd still want a low minimum wage.
