Arklow to RDS by public transport 21/9/22 for 12.30

Hi What is the most straightforward way to get from Arklow to the RDS for 12.30 (lunchtime) I know that the number 2 sometimes stops at Donnybrook and it would be a 15 min ( or so 0 wlak but it does not seem to stop there at the right time. Similarly with the 740A. Any Ideas?

The 10:00 Bus Éireann route 2 service from Wexford (Arklow LIDL at 11:11) operates via Ballsbridge and stops outside the RDS (Serpentine Avenue) at 12:15.

In the end I dropped and collected her from Dart at Bray because that suited my working arrangements
