I'm a student trying to reach NUIG Galway by 9am every morning. I live in Ardrahan near Gort. No buses are available at that time. Is there anyone who lives near to me who drives into Galway every day that can take me with them?

It gets to Eyre Square at 9am officially.

The OP needs to be at NUIG by then.

The Bus Éireann website says the 434 stops at Ardrahan at 07:41 and stops at NUIG at 08:29

You're right!

I looked on www.a-b.ie and totally missed that the bus goes from the G, down to NUIG by 8:29am (presumably over the quin-bridge), and then back to Eyre Square.

Never realised that any of the regional / stage buses did that.
