    That's what i've got from them:

    Thank you for your email, I have attached information on the 3 bed duplex which are 90 sq m - 365k. Work has not yet started on the site and the builder has advised us that the first units will be completed early 2023.

     We are now accepting booking deposits of €8,000 from purchasers who wish to reserve a property from plans, this booking deposit is fully refundable until such time as Contracts are signed.

    Thanks! I actually proceeded and have put a booking deposit down on one of the 2 bed apartments. Just waiting on all the mortgage stuff now! 😊

    hi everyone! A little late to the party but looking to maybe move here as well! I have a small child so any info on how family friendly it is would be appreciated. The new units on sale are also right by the train line so I am also a little worried about noise.
