Using a token (obtained from curl) inside a selenium chromedriver object to bypass UI login

I obtain my token using a curl to login to the system

Now i want to reuse his token in my driver object. Is there any way to do this?

Similarly if i use the UI to login, is there any way the driver can save the session token?

Note that cookies are (most likely) not the solution I am looking for

Is the curl request a POST or GET?

Login CURL is POST.

Why not use the requests library instead of curl? You can observe the change in the cookies before and after the post request.

post_url     = 'https://domain-name.com/path-to-post-to'
post_payload = { 'key' : 'value' }
post_headers = {}

print(session.cookies.get_dict())

response = session.post(post_url, data=post_payload, headers=post_headers)

You can't or should not be able to reuse a session, it a security check and it should not be possible to get past it.

You don't have to reuse the session. The cookie information can be added to the webdriver using the add_cookie method.
