    HI all,

Whats peoples opinions of these new builds in Kilkenny?

Anyone know anything about Rath Ullord or Breagah valley estate over at the circular road? The proximity to the halting site may be a turn off. Rath Ullord is nice but its very expensive I think. I am not sure there is much else going on?

Seems to be where most of the new builds in Kilkenny will be built in the next few years, think that was the whole reason why they redid the circular road. Without government intervention people will have no choice but to pay those prices if they want a new build unfortunately, its a sellers market right now.

Aye seems like that was the case. I hear cairn homes has the fields next door to build another estate. There is a sign up there for potters way but I called the estate agent and they have no information at all about that estate (it is located next to Roberts hill).
