    Because its cheaper. It is a lower grade of cereal used as animal feed. The delivery will arrive at the same time of the start of Irish grain harvesting so that there is plenty of supply to drive down prices and strengthen the hands of companies like Glanbia when setting the price offered to farmers... basically take it or leave it.
