Bad Grandpa .5

I recently bought the first movie on bluray from amazon. I thought it was pretty funny so, Id like to see the other one called Bad Grandpa .5 but, every where I look all I can find is Region 1 and region 4 Was this only released to the U.S ? Anybody know where I could get a region 2 dvd or bluray ?

What kind of bluray/dvd player do I need to play blurays/dvds of other regions ?
