Got €4 from Red C yesterday (no idea from where, not complaning though) but up to €41.Surely will hit the €50 this month in spite of RED C being fairly poor for me lately.

Partner survey from RED C this afternoon for €3 on grocery stores and shopping for 15 mns.Took at least 35mns to do.

Anyone else do the €4 60 minute survey today on Irish Opinions. It comes out every few months, the one with loads of sections and you can go back to it. I did it all in one go, took ages but I just wanted to get it done.

I did it. It took less than 30 minutes but didn't add to my account yet.

Took me 45 minutes and got paid to reach a cash out 👍🏻

Yes I was the same and because it is now taking me 2 to 3 weeks to get a pay out instead of 1 a week I took it. It doesn't take the full hour i find if u do it all together

Mine took me the full 60 minutes and on the very last screen when I clicked submit it gave me an error message saying 'there was a problem processing your request' and locked me out!! V frustrating. Emailed customer services and complained waiting to hear back. Its this kind of carry on that puts people off these sites

It’s very risky doing a 60 minute survey and normally I would swerve them but when there’s a cash out option after it pays I’m starting to do them knowing it going go belly up and not pay out at all

all depends how much time you have to spare I guess

Yes I was thinking if there is an issue i would have been so annoyed but thankfully it was grand. I was watching telly so had the time

Yeah a risk but still no EXCUSE for IO to treat panelists like doggy doo!! They have to be challenged on this nonsense

I think the same one is on Lifepoints for 59mns for 600pts which is abour €4.80.

That's what happened me. I've raised it with them, so we'll see.

Its also very hard to contact them now their live customer chat function is long gone and I notice on their contact form you can no longer attach screenshots of what occurred therefore you are faffing around for days on end. Eg I didn't have the survey invite link as I accessed it directly from my dashboard and didn't receive an email invite. Therefore I had to rely on sending screenshots. I explained this in the email but I absolutely guarantee you some 'agent' will write back insisting I must provide the link!! Honestly they can be a nightmare to deal with sometimes sime of them seem to have extremely poor reading comprehension and the intelligence of a gnat 🙄🙄🙄 and there's no reasoning with them.

I did the Lifestyle survey on Lifepoints and I was credited straight away.Took about the 60mns,it was fine.

They came back to me and said they could see I did not finish the survey, which us bull. They're credited me with €3. I've told them I'm still not happy. It would make you think twice about long surveys regardless of the payment.

Always happens at the start of the month and then they leave us with our tongues hanging out from about the 20th. I think it's a strategy.

Yeah they got back to me and said "upon checking our records it shows that you were unable to complete this survey due to a technical issue related to the survey display which prevented you from completing the survey". So they were basically putting it back on ME in a roundabout way which I do not accept. The survey showed up 100% complete before the display suddenly changed and the error screen popped up. It will just put me that in future I will take multiple SS during the survey as they can say what they like otherwise and you have no proof otherwise.

She credited me the €4 "as a gesture of goodwill". I felt like telling her that there was no 'goodwill' involved as I completed the survey fairly and honestly in good faith. But I decided to keep my mouth shut and cash put ASAP.

And if I hadn't complained they would simply have taken my hours work and data and yours too and sold it on for mothing while lining their own coffers!! Grrrr

I got the IO €4 one but stalled after 25 mins. I complained (hoping they'd reactivate so I could continue) but they credited me with a euro. I preferred their old customer service with may-not-real-Isabel lol

I am Currently 20c off a gift card. Hate tha' 😂

IO are and always have been a law onto themselves.I've like many others been banned from their site for nothing but got reinstated.I still do surveys and have got €60 so far this year, but I never leave my account go above €10.I couldn't be bothered contacting them anymore about anything as I know what they are like .I do small surveys when it suits me just to keep on their pannel. They are not to be trusted.I wouldn't dream of doing thr Lifestyle survey on IO.I did it on Lifepoints for about 60mns and it paid (600ptabout €4.80).It is also available on Toluna.

They've now given me the extra €1. Still trying the old goodwill no sense but I don't care as I have my money. With €356 in a year from them I'll not fall out with them.

Same here.I make what I want to with them,do the surveys that I want to do and of course the odd survey goes haywire when I finish it but I don't bother e mailing them.

I ordered a 15 euro penneys voucher from Ireach three weeks ago. Still havent recieved it . How long does it usually take.

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 13,034 ✭✭✭✭Jim_Hodge

Not sure how long they usually take but I know they are slow. I've usually forgotten I ordered a voucher by the time they arrive.

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 3,515 ✭✭✭Kittykat67

Yeah they are slow enough, I know the last time I ordered maybe 3 months ago I had to keep contacting them as it never came,I gave it till after 28 days and when it didn't arrive I emailed, they said it was sent but would order me another one . I gave it a few weeks and contacted again and the same thing and it eventually came the 3rd time they said it was ordered. I'm with them years and it nearly always takes the month but that was the first time that I had an issue getting it.
