Arpiem watches ?

I'm tempted by one on their website. Abit of niche brand but they do look great imo.

Anyone ever buy one and what's the quality like ? They are a French brand.

Hadn't heard of them seem to be microbrand.

If I wanted something French I'd go with a Lip. They are a company with genuine history and pedigree. Use Japanese movements now though.

It's slightly on the small size at 38mm case but I'd say it wears bigger. They do have 41mm versions too for a bit more.

Movement is Mecha-quartz so something a bit different.Other strap and dial options available also.Bit of a story behind the original watch its based on too,linked to racing driver Mario Andretti ,and a brand thats been around for a while if you are looking at an established brand

All 3 contenders / mooted watches are very very attractive..... seriously nice. My personal preference is towards the opener ( Arpiem) though I know absolutely nothing about French timepieces. I made a vow to myself years ago I'd never buy a watch battery again so I'm 'married' to my citizen eco-drive & Seiko solar ........ but I gotta say these are very desirable
