Left in the lurch by dodgy painter, find paint colours?

Long story but got the house painted last year and it is spotting already. Want to touch it up but don't know the paint colour names. Painter left no paint behind and is ignoring my calls and messages. Could another painter tell the name of the paint colours by looking at the house?

If you have something painted you can take to the paint shop they can scan the colour and mix it up for you.

Edit while googling your issue I found this which covers your issue in as much detail as you are likely to find https://www.bobvila.com/articles/how-to-match-paint/ I was looking to see if there was a way of avoiding Method 7 in that article.
