I got my DIY, reverse BBQ out today.

It's been 18 months since I last got to use my BBQ. So I went in big with a pork butt and 2 beef ribs. Ribs were done in 6 hours at 115c,and the pork will take another couple of hours yet.

Looks great! There is a dedicated Charcoal BBQ thread on here where fellow smokers would appreciate your work but the Merge thread function seems to have disappeared.
