Is it advisable to have the tiled roof of my house pressure cleaned to remove moss?

Does it need to be sealed after washing?

I used a product called Mosgo Green Remover. Spray it on to the roof after you clean the moss first. I got a roof ladder and scraped all the moss off the tiles and then sprayed woth the green remover. No moss has returned since (over a year)

I still have lichen on the tiles but have treated it again with a product for lichen this week so fingers crossed that'll go soon

I'd try steer clear of pressure washing to be honest

    Hope this helps

If you can climb out safely on the roof you could urinate and kill off the moss. It’s completely free as well. May need a few sprayings
