Btw boards techies. Why are two usernames showing up for me? You can see that I've never used either of them until now.

A next of kin yes. But they are not in the same jurisdiction so the computer says no. It always showed up as blank and my nok was in the notes section because they couldn't register a telephone number from out of town so to speak.
