Cycling routes France

I’m heading to France in July for two weeks and renting a bike for about 7 days. We’ll be staying near a town called Montaigu-De-Quercy near Toulouse. I was just wondering if anybody had any good routes for that area?

Can't help with that but the tour de France gets pretty close to Montaigu-De-Quercy finishes about 30km away on the 22nd in Cahors. The last time trial is the following day in that area too or close enough.

In addition to cycle.travel, I remember using a French site that had really nice loop rides on it posted - pretty much all on nice quiet roads - usually with a bit of commentary as to what was along the way. I was using it for routes around the Loire, but I think it covered all of France.

I did make a note of it somewhere, and if I dig it out, I'll post it here
