Provision of disciplinary procedures

    Folks,

    I have a disciplinary hearing in work next week and was looking up the correct procedures that need to be followed

    An employer must provide you with information on disciplinary procedures 28 days after you commence work and my current employer didn’t do that and still hasn’t over a year on.

    What happens if they haven’t done so?
