Hi all,
We have an Alexa in the kitchen and for the last number of months it will not play music,respond to requests etc.Am not the best with new technology…..am I correct in thinking you have a small subscription fee you pay every month to access songs for Alexa?
If so it’s probably paid through my bank account and how do I resolve this and bring our Alexa ‘back to life’ as we all miss it!
Or is it that there is some email address of mine connected to the Alexa unit and I have to pay through PayPal for example to get things active again.
Really appreciate any replies,

First of all you need to know what device you have.

Do you have the Amazon/Alexa app downloaded to a phone ?
