Ah I know what you mean Kayne, no one hates the wind more than me, but it was so sunny on morning walk, everyone was in tshirts that's how mild it was despite the wind.

It is getting more cloudy here now, I better get out for 2nd walk soon as I think the rain is forecast for later on.

So you all know I hate the wind and where do you think I've decided to go on holidays this year?

    Only Lanzorate 🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣

You may have met your match!!! I despise the wind so much that there's not a chance of me going outside this morning unless I really have to and I'm not a million miles west of you in Trim, Meath so conditions would not be to dissimilar. Complete calm is what makes me happy.

Oh yes I know you hate it aswell highdef!

I actually think I deal with it better in winter as I can throw on a wolly hat, but in summer I like my summer dresses and I have long hair which is a disaster in Ireland 😅.

20C here in D13 and good sunny spells so not too bad if you are in a sheltered spot. Though like other posters I hate the wind, supposed to be heading for a run this evening, thinking of running straight out to Howth and getting the train back, at least that way I'll have the wind at my back the whole way!!! 😉

Trust me the Lanza wind and the Dublin wind are two different matters altogether.

heavy showers here now and the wind still very strong. Most unpleasant actually.

Wow 8 years, well deserved so.

Our 1st one in 3 years, it was a last minute booking, as we had to wait to see if we would get our new baby's passport, but thankfully it arrived.

Unfortunately i'm not really in a position to go on a 2 week sun holiday this year, I haven't been away since before covid, however I am going to the Netherlands for a few days in July so looking forward to that. The weather there during the summer can swing from a typical windy and wet Irish day to a hot and dry oven in the space of a day so hopefully will get a bit of warmth and sunshine when i'm there.

Not great day here in Meath, it's dry but mostly cloudy and very windy. Have avoided the showers so far.

Barely a cloud to be seen until today. Partly cloudy today with some rain showers and thunderstorms forecast for the next couple of days.

Really coming down in D24. Smell of thunder and lighting in the air. I won't lie I love this kind weather.

Same here in NCD and I got caught out walking in it!

Wasn't I the one saying I needed to get out early because rain was coming but didn't listen to my own advice!

Thank god I had the raincoat and buggy cover with me.

I was still like a drowned rat when I got back to car and of course lovely + sunny then.

It's so dark here now its nearly like night. I think the 2nd torrential downpour is on the way.

Strange to see the leaves on the trees crumple and turn brown, all the flowers blown to pieces, and havent even reached meterlogical high summer, what a putrid mess.

10 days and off to Barcelona for few weeks. thank christ.

    My god that was torrential!

Don't know how it wasn't accompanied by thunder and lightning.

Had to turn on every light in the house.

Have some holes dug here and still got water in them from the last few days of rain, ground is very wet in Waterford. Wish this wind would stop, seems to be blustery every day now.
