Hi it takes place around the playing pitches in the Phoenix Park. I'm wondering if they are far from the entrance coming from Heuston station?. Thanks S

Around 3k it looks likes to the papal cross carpark which is right by the race hq.

Is there any secure baggage drop area? Not from Dublin and would be travelling home that night by train.

Yeah there's an area for leaving bikes and bags. I've cycled there any time I've done it and haven't had an issue.
