Subscription not working

    Hi guys,
    I decided a couple of weeks ago to subscribe to Boards.ie, and took all the necessary steps (or at least I think so). However, I have received no communication about the subscription I filled in, nor am I able to access the subscriber area. I've included a pic of my bank statement showing my standing order, as beginning 24th October, below. What's wrong?
