Headed off to Turkey with 3 mates to have 80% of their stomachs removed for basically glorified cosmetic surgery. No doctor in Ireland would entertain them. Eventually found some cheap iffy clinic in Turkey that would do it no questions asked.

And surprise surprise it went wrong.

Turkey does have proper doctors and hospitals, and I saw a top consultant from a public hospital in Istanbul warn medical tourists NOT to use all private clinics there as the government still allowed these substandard operations to exist.

16 stone was in no way near any danger point, could have been easily worked off with the right mindset and cutting herself off eating sheite. A nutritionist or personal trainer were the route to go or on a budget a steps tracker on the arm and do 15k a day.
