Working vs stay at home with children

I am currently in a public health and social care role working 9 days every fortnight. I have 1 child at home. My partner is recently self employed. In terms of work for the pay I receive I feel the work is undervalued and not reflected in this and that I am missing time out with my little one. Is there any supports for parents that stay at home? Thank you

This has nothing to do with boards.ie. Try asking in a forum that's related to the topic instead, such as the State Benefits forum:
