Got it last go, phew as the game says! Made a stupid guess on #5. Really struggled to find any word that would fit near the end. This one could catch people out.

Doing that does give you more chance of a 2 but it also gives you more chance of a 5 or a 6 depending on what you hit

Perhaps. I was looking at my two starter words and I came up with two words that between them contain the ten most frequently used letters in English. And it only involved changing one letter overall compared to what I was doing previously

I tried my new words just now on Octordle and failed miserably. 😱🤯😂

Landing a P or a B in the first guess is much more useful than an R or an S but much less likely unfortunately
