When you listen to his murmers of understanding during any interview it's as clear as day that he's not the least bit interested or even genuinely listening at times.

Why RTE and his producers can't address this I'll never know. In the early days you'd put it down to nerves or inexperience. But he's been doing this gig for over a decade.

Spontaneity is one of the keys to good live interviews. Everyone knows that. This clown can't ever see past his cue card and the exact lines he learned off last night.

He's the geek who never left 6th class. Hopeless.
