HKC tamper fault

Tamper fault is coming up on two small windows in my hall. It happened in the past and I shorted out the tamper leaf switches with a piece of wire. Its happening again even though they are definitely shorted. Is there any way to disable all tampers or short out these 2 in the panel itself. Presumably if I find the two wires going out and back I just short these terminals together in the panel? They drive me nuts. Everything in the window sensors looks ok so guessing wiring issue going back to panel.

Think I sussed it. Put it in engineering and shorted out tamper in panel. Hopefully it works

That will work as the system itself does not know you have it looped out in the panel 😀

Hi I have removed the cover on the 2nd keypad in our system to get a dryer out of its space ,how do I remove the tamperfault from the system as I have placed the cover back on the unit , Many thanks

If the fault is still showing then the lid is not closed correctly.

Is should clear once fault is fixed and you put in your user code.
