Sod's law dictates that my scores suddenly improve at the exact moment that Wordlegate blows up. I attach (if I can) a screenshot of my 2 from yesterday. Having been lucky with 3 letters on my usual first word, I knew the second letter was N, so the S was very likely to be in front of it. I wanted to eliminate another 2 vowels and I put the T at the end. Happy days!

I can see how lots of people can get a word like "FOUND" on the second line, but who puts "SLOSH" as a guess on line two? Putting a double letter in on line two and just happening to guess the correct word? Unlikely.
