    Hi all,

Just wondering if anyone here has experience with Freesat and the LG’s?

I’m having great difficulty setting up Freesat with all the terrestrial UK tv channels. The tv is saying a module is required.

There are plenty of tv channels available but no BBC’s etc. I have a different LNB arriving on Wednesday which will allow Sky and Freesat so will wait and see on that?

Anyone have any idea what’s going on?

    Hi Bicks73.

    Thanks for the post.

To be honest I haven't had anyone with issues and don't have any issues myself at home with mine.

It might depend on how old your dish and if the LNB in it is still working correctly, so hopefully the new one you are ordered will correct your issue.

It may be also worth checking that the dish hasn't moved as I've read that a distorted or misaligned dish, or a cable fault, can lose one or more transponders but ALL programmes on that transponder will be affected and as you are missing all the BBC stations this could be the issue.

It does seem more like a dish issue as to the TV. If it was the TV tuner you would not get any stations at all.

You could also try to do a factory reset on the TV and start again just in case.
