If the here they are in are on icbf herdplus, you can view them under that herds profile. Not sure can they be viewed on the animal serach function using the tag number

Normally ICBF goes with the average of the DAM and Sire for every trait. If a genomics test is done then it will swing these figures either up or down. I don't know the BEEF star ratings for Dairy cows though. Maybe give ICBF a ring. I e-mailed them before and they got back to me.
